When a company is activated in the company register a start date is set. The activation means that the company has been registered for VAT, class F-tax or payroll tax. using this date enables you to select companies with certain start dates.
Note that a company can be active under a certain time period, become "resting" and then be reactivated. Companies that have changed company type or legal structure can also be included in this selection. These companies receive a new organisation number which are activated even though the business already existed. Thus, the activation date does not guarantee a selection with only new organisations.
