Note! in order to delegate access to Roaring, you need an approved permit from the Norwegian Tax Agency (Skatteetaten). Read more here about how to apply for an authorization here.
Step 1
Log in to altinn.no. Then click on "profile" at the top of the navigation.
In the list you should now select "Access to the application programming interface - API".
Click on "Give and remove API accesses".
Step 2
Click on 'Delger nytt API" Delegate new API.
Step 3
Enter organization number 823 694 512 and Roaring Norway AS will appear. Select by clicking on the plus icon followed by "Neste" next.
Step 4
Choose which rights you want to delegate to us. Select by clicking on the plus icon followed by "Neste" next.
Note! You can only delegate the rights that you have received in your permit from Skatteetaten.

Verify that the information is correct and then click on "Bekreft" confirm to complete the registration.
Step 6
Now you are all set!
