Some judgments provided by our supplier have, following the Supreme Court’s rulings (referring to an informational email we sent out earlier this spring), become subject to confidentiality restrictions.
This applies to judgments issued before the Supreme Court’s rulings (on February 25, 2025), as the restrictions were imposed earlier but had not yet been finally reviewed, which led to the judgments being available in the service for a period (as far back as spring 2024).
We have now found a permanent solution together with our supplier on a where our customers can receive relevant information about the judgment. For example the following data can be included: the verdict, the defendant, the plaintiff, the subject matter, the date, the case number, and the court.
These documents are presented as "Documents with confidentiality restrictions" or "Dokument med sekretessförbehåll", that include all relevant information such as the verdict, the defendant, the plaintiff, the subject matter, the date, the case number, and the court.
