We have launched a new, powerful feature to quickly and effectively check if a company has, or has recently had, representatives with business prohibitions (Näringsförbud). This is a valuable tool for risk assessment and compliance.
The feature is now available in two ways:
Via an easily accessible web view directly in Roaring's Web App for quick, manual searches.
Via a new endpoint in our Business Prohibition API for those who want to automate and integrate the check into their own systems.
The check is done on three types of company representatives:
Board members
Beneficial owners
Alternative beneficial owners
By default, the check is done for company representatives that have been active within the last two years. in the API you can easily extend the search to cover the last five years.
In our Web application, the check is done on company representatives that have been active within the last two years.
