In the new version of the Beneficial Owner API in Sweden, there have been some changes that affect you as a customer.

As a welcome addition to the service, we are introducing two new statuses:

​REMOVED_COMPANY_DEREGISTERED:

For companies removed from beneficial register by Bolagsverket, based on that the company has been deregistered for more than 5 years.

​EXCEPTED_FROM_REGISTRATION:
For companies that are not obliged to register beneficial owners. This is mainly relevant for businesses owned by publicly listed companies.

One new suspicionGradeCode has been introduced.

“SUSPICION_REMOVED”:

Set when suspicion of faulty data was removed.

Fields removed from API:
beneficialOwner . person . givenName
beneficialOwner . person . givenName
representatives . givenName
representatives . gdNumber”
