With our monitoring service, you choose which information you want to monitor in the web interface. As soon as a change occurs in your customer data, a notification will be sent to you so that you can update that piece of information in your CRM, register or database. It's basically a subscription to any change that occurs in a certain data set.

Example

If you want to monitor a company or person, you simply do it by clicking the "Monitor" button in the search.

By clicking that button, you will be able to see the information you are monitoring, as well as what changes/updates will trigger a notification. Here you have the option to enter a comment.

If there's a change in the company/person you are monitoring you will receive a notification and the bell in the top right corner will be visible. You will also see the update on the first page under "Monitorings".

By clicking the button "My monitorings" you will be sent to a page with an overview of your monitorings.
