Step 1:
Go to "Groups" in Admin, and click on the group you want to permit access to.
Step 2:
Click on "Edit group"
Step 3:
Search for "Company Report - Risk evaluation" and add the permission so it's visible in the view to the left.
Step 4:
Click "Save" and the permission has been added to your group.
